Early in the morning we got into the areas that we fear the most, the areas of chaos of blocks and snowdrifts. But this time of the biggest ones. With no visibility and almost groping, we zizagged several hundred meters without skis, carrying the heavy pulkas up and down, it was exhausting!
We know that the escape from these areas is always to the west.
After a big turn, we turned south again, towards our objective.
We did not have good vision due to the whiteout (loss of horizon vision) caused by the fog.
